What's the story?
After being with multiple multinationals in both Finance and Compensation & Benefits functions, I decided it was time to start my own company, and support other companies from my experience and vision.
Especially since the EU Pay Transparency directive was launched I felt it was time for more openness, the black box of C&B should be made transparent within companies. Employees should know how to advance within a company.
